The community will feature 409 single family detached homes, consisting of a mixture of 40’ wide, 50’ wide, and 60’ wide lots, to be constructed by DR Horton. The property features many natural areas which provide for many of the homes to be located with natural area or wetland views. It is convenient to Tampa and St. Petersburg as well as historic Tarpon Springs. It is adjacent to Land O’ Lakes High School for an easy walk to school.
