Silver Oaks, located in St. Lucie County, is a mixed-development of 316 lots situated around 36 acres of natural wetlands. The community will offer large 75’ wide single-family lots and two additional phases of townhome lots in an infill located east of US-1 in Port St. Lucie. Single-family lots are being sold to NVR. Townhome lots are being built out by DR Horton and Home Dynamics. Community amenities include two cabanas with resort-style pools. Project is in final planning and engineering approvals ad expects to commence development in Summer 2023.
The Preserve at Savannah Lakes, in the City of Fort Pierce, is an infill development on one of the area’s last remaining large parcels of undeveloped land east of US-1. The community will offer 612 lots comprised of townhomes and paired villas planned around 40 acres of natural wetlands. The community amenities include a cabana with resort-style pool, playground, elevated boardwalk with gazebo taking residents from the clubhouse area straight to the directly adjoining Savannah’s State Park. All lots are contracted with NVR and Lennar. Project is in final planning and engineering approvals and expects to commence development in Summer 2023.
Nexus Tennessee is a Master Plan Development consisting of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial uses. The overall community contains 240 Single-Family, 254 Townhomes, 106 Active Adult Villa lots, 726 Active Adult Single Family Lots, 5 Estate Lots, 89 Acres of Planned Business Park, and 124 Acres of Mixed-Use Acreage. Kolter Land is selling the residential lots to David Weekley Homes, NVR, and DR Horton. The Planned Business Park is currently targeting users that want to make Gallatin, TN their business location. The Mixed-Use properties are currently targeting commercial and multi-family prospects. Nexus is located 45 minutes from downtown Nashville and 35 minutes from Nashville Airport.
Hidden Creek is a former golf course, located on approximately 145 acres in northeast Pasco County, Florida. The property was rezoned and redeveloped to include 347 – 40’ and 50’ wide single-family detached lots. The lots were developed by Kolter Land and sold to Starlight Homes in two bulk takedowns.
Located in York County SC, southwest of Charlotte, NC, on beautiful Lake Wylie is a master planned community featuring 650 homes at build out. Current neighborhoods include single family homes by True Homes in the Manors and Kolter Homes in the 55+ Gentry. Future neighborhoods include the Gables with single family homes including water access homesites. The community features a Marina, Clubhouse with fitness and pool, along with numerous community outdoor trails.
Palm Cay, located in Florida City, is an infill development of 359 townhome-style villa lots being sold to D.R. Horton. The community includes an amenity package designed for fitness and wellness, including a cabana with resort-style pool and a vita-course and jogging path around the lake. The project is under development and we expect the first homes available for occupancy by mid 2023.
Central Park, located in Port St. Lucie, is a Kolter Land Master-Planned Community of 1,500 units with a mix of uses including single-family, multifamily townhomes, villas, casitas, apartments, and a commercial retail component. Central Park will feature top builders and developers including Kolter, Taylor Morrison, D.R. Horton, Stellar Communities, Maronda Homes, and Ryan Homes. Project is under development and first occupancies were in late 2022. Community features a 10 acre community amenity with resort pools, splash grounds, sports courts, and playground for all residents.
Flowers Plantation is located in the northern part of Johnston County, North Carolina. The Crossings is 105 townhomes and Copper Ridge is 330 single family lots, all being built by True Homes. The site offers above access to all areas of the Research Triangle Park. Mudcats Baseball and the White Oak shopping area are within a 15 minute commute. A new community shopping plaza including grocery, retail and restaurants opened in early 2021.
Beaumont is a mixed-use master planned community located in Wildwood, FL. The residential portion of the community is comprised of 271 single-family detached homes, 134 townhomes, being sold to DR Horton, and 336 apartment units are under construction. The community also includes a selected service hotel, self-storage facility, and a selection of neighborhood retailed uses such as car wash, fast-casual dining options, gas station, and tire store. Beaumont is located adjacent to The Villages approximately 5 minutes from I-75 and the Florida Turnpike.
Isles of BayView is part of the larger BayView master planned community. The Isles consists of approximately 180 acres of land that is being developed into 396 single family home sites, and being sold to Centex, Weekley, Maronda, and Inland. BayView also includes a 1,200 unit Del Webb community. The project is located within the rapidly growing Parrish submarket which has quickly established itself as an alternative to Lakewood Ranch, St. Petersburg, and south Hillsborough County.
