Solterra Resort is a resort community of 939 single-family and 100 townhome lots, as well as a short-term rental community. Pulte Homes, D.R. Horton, Park Square, Maronda, and Lennar Builders completed the homes. Located 45 minutes outside of Orlando, 30 miles to Orlando International Airport, and 20 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort.
