Timerbrook, located just south of Atlanta off Interstate 85, has 75 acre lots which Kolter Land sold to Jeff Lindsey Communities, and active adult community lots were sold to Lennar.

Victoria Park is a master-planned community with 2232 single-family home lots. Kolter Land sold lots to D.R. Horton and NVR; Kolter Homes also built homes in this community including the development of an 18-hole golf course and club which is currently open. It is located 30 minutes from Orlando and 20 minutes to New Smyrna and Daytona Beach.

Terra Largo is a completed 525 single-family home community. D.R. Horton and M/I Homes purchased lots from KL. Located near Interstate 4, it is just 30 miles to Tampa and 50 miles to Orlando.

A master-planned community with 1600 single-family home lots, Kolter Land sold 600 of these lots to D.R. Horton for 55+ community, with the remainder being sold to various builders – Pulte Homes, NVR, Ashton Woods, and David Weekley. There is a commercial parcel still available for purchase. Located 22 miles west of Orlando and 30 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort.

Verandah, a 1456-acre master-planned community includes a 36-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course and club with 9 miles of walking trails. Lots were sold to Kolter Homes, Lennar, and Neal communities. Located 15 minutes north of Downtown Ft. Myers and 5 minutes to I-75.

Kolter Land completed this project that consists of 718 single-family home lots to D.R. Horton, Maronda Homes, and Inland Homes. Located close to Siesta Key and 25 miles south of St. Petersburg and the beaches of Tampa Bay with Interstate I-75 just minutes away.

Trevesta, a master-planned community, is complete with 805 single-family homes, 400 multi-family unit apartments and an adjacent shopping center that is approved for 100,000 square feet of future retail space. Kolter Land Partners sold this site to D.R. Horton, Pulte, David Weekley, M/I Homes, and Inland Homes. The community is east of I-75, 18 miles to Sarasota, 22 miles to St Petersburg and 35 miles to Downtown Tampa.

Summerwoods is currently under construction which is comprised of 988 single-family home lots. Kolter Land has sold this project to NVR, Starlight, Meritage and M/I Homes. Located just off I-75 and 30 minutes to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota.

Oakwood Terrace, completed in 2006, is a community of 46 townhomes. These lots were sold by KLP to Highland Homes. It is located just under 20 miles to Downtown Tampa, 25 miles west of Tampa International Airport and 15-minutes to I-75.

Lucaya Lake Club is a community of 744 single-family homes and 130 townhome lots. Ryan Homes completed the homes. It is located 20 miles south of Downtown Tampa, 50 miles to the Tampa Bay beaches and less than one mile from Route 301 and close to I-75 and I-4.
