Hilton Head Lakes/West Argent is located in Jasper County, South Carolina in the City of Hardeeville. The project is approximately 30 minutes north of downtown Savannah, Georgia and The Savannah Hilton Head International Airport and 30 minutes west of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Close proximity to Savannah and Charleston airports makes it easily accessible. West Argent is approximately 5,000 acres and includes land for approximately 4,000 residential units. Reflection Bay’s prime location is in one of the most desirable housing markets, designed for 621 units with a mix of 18’ and 22’ wide townhome units by DR Horton. The project will include a clubhouse, pool and playground amenities, which will be shared by all residents of Reflection Bay, alongside two lakes in the center of the community.
100 Oaks is located in Sumter County, Florida and is within the city limits of Wildwood, west of US-301 and east of the CSX rail line. 100 Oaks’ northeast corner touches the southwest corner of The Villages, the largest active adult master-planned community in the United States. It has convenient access to the Florida Turnpike, providing access to I-75 in under five minutes. 100 Oaks’ layout will maximize the impact of the lakes and preservation of existing hardwood. A total of 460 lots consisting of single-family homes and apartments are planned for the community as well as commercial areas.
Malabar Springs is located in Brevard County, Florida in west Palm Bay along the western end of Malabar Rd. Malabar Springs suburban location, proximity to a high school and easy commute to and from I-95 make Malabar Springs attractive to first time buyers, move-up buyers and renters. The property is planned for a total of 885 lots with a mix of townhomes, villas and single-family units. The amenities will be shared by all residents and will feature a clubhouse, pool, playground and pedestrian trail around the wetlands. Builders include Ryan Homes, Kimaya and Maronda Homes.
Lowery Hills is located in Polk County, Florida and is bordered by Old Haines City. There will be an East Neighborhood and West Neighborhood. Both neighborhoods will have their own entrances off of Lake Lowery Road. Lowery Hills’ layout will maximize the premiums of preserved wetland areas and woodlands. It is planned for 736 40’ and 50’ total lots. Amenities will likely include a pool, cabana, tot-lot, pocket parks and sidewalks encircling the lakes. Builders include Davidson Homes, Holiday Builders, Maronda and Ryan Homes.
Hammock Oaks is located in Lady Lake, Florida on the southeast corner of the CR-466 and Cherry Lake Road. The Property is under two miles from The Villages’ (i) Lake Sumter Landing and (ii) Spanish Springs Town Square, both of which offer diverse options for shopping, dining and entertainment. It is planned for 735 active-adult single-family lots by Kolter Homes and 190 single-family lots by Ryan Homes. 17 acres of commercial use will be developed by Casto. The layout also incorporates a multifamily parcel for 330 apartments by Rose and 216 (20’) townhome lots by Ryan Homes.
Deering Park is located in Edgewater, FL and is a new sustainable mixed-use master-planned community consisting of 6,349 acres with over 4,000 acres of this total in permanent conservation. Deering Park is approved for 8,312 residential units and 4.3 million square feet of non-residential uses. “Living in a Park” is the central community theme brought to life through parks, lakes, trails and amenities. Directly adjacent to I-95, it is close to the beach, about 40 miles to Kennedy Space Center and in one of the fastest growing regions of Florida.
Arvin is a 576 lot development in the City of Durham located in west central Durham within minutes of the RTP employment hub and the Brier Creek retail center. Development permits are in process and anticipate to be completed in late 2023. The community consists of 42, 52 and 55 foot wide single family lots along with 16 and 22 foot wide townhome lots.
