The property was rezoned and redeveloped to include 347 – 40’ and 50’ wide single-family detached lots. The lots were developed by Kolter Land and sold to Starlight Homes in two bulk takedowns.

Kolter Land sold finished homesites within Worthington to Cardel and MI Homes. Worthington is a private gated neighborhood that consists of 156 private gated homesites. Worthington is located in East Sarasota County, east of Interstate 75 off Palmer Blvd and just west of Laurel Road and Artistry, Sarasota.

Judd Creek is 116 acres located in Cape Coral Florida and surrounds a beautiful preserve with a natural creek flowing into the Caloosahatchee River. Project consists of Continental and Kittle Properties, and also 160 for sale townhomes by Lennar. In addition, a 298 apartment community by the Kittle Property Group is completed. Additional sold parcels included 4 acres of Commercial property along Pine Island Road, and 21.84 acres that was sold to the Conservation 20/20 program that protects natural wetlands and preserves.

400+/- lots Kolter Land sold to D.R. Horton, Maronda, and NVR in this recently completed community. Located in the heart of Port St. Lucie, it is close to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.

Consisting of 244 single-family home lots, Kolter Land sold these lots to Beazer Homes, Future Homes, Grayline Homes, Hayes Barton Homes, and Legacy Homes. Located 23 miles south of Durham and 30 minutes to Raleigh.

NVR purchased single-family home and townhome lots from Kolter Land in this recently completed project. Located 5 miles north of Downtown Durham and 30 minutes to Chapel Hill.

Ashton Woods purchased 129 single-family home lots from Kolter Land for the construction and selling of Lochridge located in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina – just 20 miles southwest of downtown.

Kolter Land sold lots to Stanley Martin Homes, Taylor Morrison, and M/I Homes in this completed community. Coventry is located just across the state line from Ballantyne, North Carolina.

Timerbrook, located just south of Atlanta off Interstate 85, has 75 acre lots which Kolter Land sold to Jeff Lindsey Communities, and active adult community lots were sold to Lennar.

Victoria Park is a master-planned community with 2232 single-family home lots. Kolter Land sold lots to D.R. Horton and NVR; Kolter Homes also built homes in this community including the development of an 18-hole golf course and club which is currently open. It is located 30 minutes from Orlando and 20 minutes to New Smyrna and Daytona Beach.
